  • Conducting financial and cultural analysis of major players in the banking industry.
  • Assisting in developing organizational / departmental scorecards.
  • Monitoring scorecards periodically and identifying new KPIs to enhance organizational efficiency.
  • Conducting cross-industry studies to recommend initiatives for improvements in organizational efficiency and culture.
  • Monitoring national micro-economic indicators and patterns in customer expenditure, customer segmentation and market research.
  • Monitoring global macro-economic indicators.

Skills:

  1. Proven qualitative and quantitative research skills.
  2. Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel and SPSS software.
  3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  4. Proficient in financial ratios, cost accounting and cost-benefit analysis.
  5. Understanding of emerging technologies impacting banking and non-banking sectors.
  6. Project Management.
